Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including speakers, chairperson, and delegates.

Full and student registrations are entitled to the following:

  • Digital participation on all 5 days
  • Live stream on all presentations
  • Recording of all presentations
  • Visit to virtual exhibiton
  • Speed online networking
  • 1:1 online networking with video chat
  • Digital conference proceedings
  • Live questioning of speakers via chat

General Registration Information

Payment of fees

NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card. MasterCard and Visa are the credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Electrosuisse.

Delegates paying via transfer will find the required bank details on their invoice once their registration is complete. Remittance advice must be sent through to info@icec2020.com once payment has been made.

Cheques should be made payable to Electrosuisse. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Swiss Francs.No other currency will be accepted.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your online registration. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment has not taken place.

Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. Other information shall be posted on the Conference website as it comes to hand.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager. No refunds will be issued on credit card surcharges.
Refund Fees:

  • A refund of 90% will be given to cancellations up to 07.03.2021
  • A refund of 50% will be given to cancellations up to 07.04.2021
  • A refund of 25% will be given to cancellations up to 07.05.2021
  • Cancellation after May 7, 2021 there will be no refund

Electrosuisse shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.

Entrance to conference

Each registrant will receive a link to the online portal to take part in the digital conference. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from attendees and reserve the right to remove an online attendee and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner on the online portal.
